    01

    Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Principal Media Communications, LLC (“PMC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit pmcthinkers.com; use forms, downloads, calculators, assessments, or the PMC Growth Advisor; book a meeting; communicate with us; or interact with us as a prospect, client representative, vendor, media contact, applicant, or other business contact.

PMC is the controller or business responsible for the practices described here unless a signed client agreement states that PMC processes particular information on a client's behalf. Client-controlled data is governed by that agreement and the client's own privacy notice.

    02

    Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated through Site use, and information received from service providers or public business sources.

    • Identity and business contact data: name, job title, company, work email, and other contact details.
    • Company and qualification data: website, industry, annual-revenue range, markets, channels, goals, growth timeline, service tier, data maturity, technology stack, execution model, priorities, and challenges.
    • Communications and content: messages, inquiries, chatbot prompts and responses, meeting information, feedback, files, and other content you choose to provide.
    • Download and engagement data: resources requested, quiz responses, qualification score and route, calculator inputs, CTA interactions, form progress or abandonment, scroll depth, time on page, and content engagement.
    • Device and network data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, approximate location inferred from IP, identifiers, timestamps, error data, and security signals.
    • Attribution and browsing data: pages viewed, landing and exit pages, referring URL, UTM source/medium/campaign/term/content, first- and last-touch channel, session identifier, session duration, and page count.
    • Public and third-party business information: professional profile, employer, role, company attributes, and similar business information supplied by analytics, sales-intelligence, referral, or public sources.

Please do not send government identifiers, payment-card data, account passwords, health data, or other highly sensitive personal information through general forms or the chatbot.

    03

    Sources of information

We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from your employer or colleagues; from referral partners; from public websites and professional networks; and from vendors that support analytics, business-contact enrichment, communications, scheduling, hosting, security, and marketing operations.

    04

    How we use information

    • Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and requested resources.
    • Respond to inquiries, deliver downloads, schedule meetings, and manage prospective or current client relationships.
    • Assess business fit, calculate qualification or readiness scores, recommend a service tier or vertical audit, and route visitors to relevant content.
    • Understand traffic, attribution, engagement, conversion, content performance, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Personalize communications and develop audiences or business-development opportunities.
    • Send operational messages and, where lawful, relevant marketing communications.
    • Maintain records, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, protect rights and safety, and comply with legal obligations.
    • Create aggregated or de-identified statistics, which we may use for lawful business purposes and will not attempt to re-identify except as permitted by law.
    06

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The Site and its providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, session storage, and comparable technologies. These technologies support functionality, remember attribution, distinguish sessions, measure engagement, identify technical problems, understand business visitors, and evaluate marketing.

PMC stores first-touch attribution (such as source, campaign, referrer, landing page, and timestamp) in local storage so it may persist across visits. Last-touch attribution, a randomly generated session identifier, page count, session start, and an engagement score are stored in session storage for the current browsing session. Providers may set or read their own identifiers subject to their notices.

You can restrict cookies or clear browser storage through browser settings. Blocking technologies may reduce functionality or make measurement less accurate. “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a single accepted standard, and the Site does not currently respond to them uniformly. Where applicable law recognizes an opt-out preference signal, you may also contact us to exercise the corresponding right.

    07

    Analytics, advertising, and operational providers

We use providers to operate and understand the Site. Their processing may include device, network, identifier, browsing, attribution, engagement, and business-contact data, depending on your interaction and their configuration.

    • Google Analytics: traffic, attribution, page views, engagement, and conversion measurement.
    • PostHog: product and website analytics, including interaction and performance measurement. PMC configures person profiles for identified visitors only.
    • Apollo.io: B2B website-visitor and business-contact intelligence.
    • Humblytics, Source Pixel, and Promptwatch Visitor Analytics: website traffic, visitor, conversion, and source measurement.
    • Search Atlas: search optimization and website performance support.
    • Lovable Cloud: hosting, database, server-side functions, storage, security, and AI-feature infrastructure.
    • Resend: delivery of form notifications and operational email.
    • Square: appointment scheduling when you follow our booking link; Square receives information you submit directly to it.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries and may act as processors, service providers, contractors, or independent businesses depending on the service and law. Their own privacy notices govern information they collect directly from you.

    08

    AI and automated qualification

The PMC Growth Advisor uses an AI model to respond to messages and route visitors based on role, business category, revenue range, and conversation context. The self-grading quiz and other tools apply predefined scoring or calculation logic to supplied answers. These systems may label a lead as qualified, suggest a Foundation, Scale, or Enterprise path, or recommend a CFO brief or vertical audit.

These outputs support initial routing and do not make legal or similarly significant decisions, determine credit or employment, or guarantee service acceptance. PMC personnel may review submissions and make final business decisions. You may contact us to request human review, provide corrections, or contest a qualification result.

    09

    How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

    • Hosting, analytics, AI, communications, scheduling, security, professional-advisory, and other vendors that support our operations.
    • PMC personnel, contractors, and affiliates who need information for the purposes described here.
    • A client organization, referral source, or business partner when appropriate to respond to a request and permitted by law.
    • Authorities, courts, regulators, litigants, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and integrity.
    • A buyer, investor, lender, adviser, or successor in connection with diligence, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, insolvency, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.

PMC does not sell personal information for money. Some analytics, visitor-intelligence, or advertising-related disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws even where no money changes hands. Residents with applicable rights may opt out as described in Section 13.

    10

    Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage relationships, maintain business and consent records, measure long-term attribution, secure systems, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations.

Retention varies by data type and context. Session-storage data generally expires when the browser session ends; first-touch attribution may remain until browser storage is cleared. Prospect and client records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Provider-held information follows applicable contracts, settings, and provider retention schedules. We may retain de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

    11

    Security

PMC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, managed infrastructure, transport encryption where supported, and limited access based on business need. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You should use appropriate caution when deciding what to submit and notify us if you believe an interaction with PMC has been compromised.

    12

    Your choices

    • Marketing: use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us. We may still send requested, service, security, or legal messages.
    • Browser controls: block or delete cookies and local or session storage using browser settings. Provider opt-out tools may also be available.
    • Information requests: ask us to update business contact information or stop a particular use, subject to legal exceptions.
    • Third-party services: manage choices directly with providers such as Square when interacting on their sites.
    13

    U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on your state and subject to thresholds and exceptions, you may have rights to know or access personal information; receive data portability; correct inaccuracies; delete information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and appeal a denied request. You also have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email amin@pmcthinkers.com with “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject or mail us at the address in Section 18. State your jurisdiction, the right requested, and enough information for us to locate relevant records. To opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising as those terms apply, use “Opt-Out Request” in the subject.

We will verify requests proportionately, which may require confirming control of an email address or requesting additional non-sensitive information. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may verify directly with you. If we deny an appealable request, reply with “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

California's “Shine the Light” law may allow residents to request information about certain disclosures for direct marketing. PMC does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing in the manner covered by that law.

    14

EEA, United Kingdom, Swiss, and other international rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent; and object to direct marketing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Consent withdrawal does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

PMC is established in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions whose laws may differ. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy mechanisms, or another lawful transfer basis.

To exercise rights, contact us as described in Section 18. We may need to verify identity and may decline or limit a request where law permits.

    15

    Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13 or, where applicable, under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

    16

    Third-party websites and social platforms

The Site may link to third-party websites, social platforms, publications, and scheduling services. We do not control their privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. A link does not make PMC responsible for their processing.

    17

    Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as technology, services, providers, or law changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide additional notice when required. Continued Site use after the effective date is subject to the updated Policy.
